Typhoon Lekima Weakening as It Heads North|利奇馬北偏強度減弱 基隆店家正常營業
Typhoon Lekima is assaulting Taiwan. Northern Taiwan was hit first, but the typhoon started moving north in the early hours of the morning. In the morning, Keelung got intermittent rain and wind.
