Vouchers for Art and Movies Open for Application|紙本藝FUN券 今上午9點起開放登記
The Ministry of Culture has invested NT$360 million to launch a second wave of vouchers for art performances and movies. The plan is to issue 600,000 vouchers worth NT$600 each. Starting on the morning of August 31, people aged over 65 or under 18, or suffer from mental or physical disabilities could register for the voucher at convenience stores or on the official website.
Plugging one's national health insurance card into a reader doesn't just allow a resident to purchase masks, it also allows one to register for the discount voucher for art performances and movies. The first wave of the voucher requires users to register via a mobile phone app, which was disadvantageous for those who don't have access to the internet. The new batches of vouchers allow residents to register on its official website or at convenience stores. Those who didn't win the voucher, and are aged above 65 or below 18 or suffer from mental and physical disabilities are all eligible.
I don't think I will (apply for the voucher). (Why not?) Because the senior citizens in my house don't really pay attention to activities like these.
Sure, I'll sign up for it since I forgot to apply last time. (Are you applying for the seniors at home?) Yes. I'll be applying for them.
The application for the second batch of vouchers will end on September 6. Those who are eligible could sign up for the vouchers between 9 am and 9 pm before the deadline. The Ministry of Culture will announce 600,000 winners on September 8 and will allow winners to pick up their vouchers starting on September 9. The vouchers will be effective until the end of February, 2021.
