仙塔律師反擊！洗錢判5月、洩密判無罪 聲明：法院認證非「詐團律師」
網紅「仙塔律師」李宜諪涉嫌協助詐騙集團成員脫產、通風報信，台北地院7日依幫助洗錢罪判刑5月可易科罰金、併科罰金8萬元，洩密罪部分則判無罪。李宜諪今（8日）透過IG發聲，強調法院已認定她不是「詐團律師」。
仙塔律師李宜諪資料照。（圖／翻攝仙塔律師臉書）李宜諪8日在IG發聲明：「感謝各界一直以來的關心與指教。本人尊重合議庭法官之判決…並將以此次經歷為借鏡，持續反思，精進專業，以更審慎的態度面對未來每一件案件…法院於判決中，已將本人情況與一般惡意破壞偵查、外界所稱『詐團律師』之情形予以區隔，並認定本人洩密罪不成立。本人尊重法院之認定，亦感謝法院審慎審理本案…誠懇呼籲媒體及社會各界，在報導及評論案件時，能秉持查證精神，避免以未經證實或失實內容誤導社會大眾。」

仙塔律師李宜諪資料照。（圖／翻攝仙塔律師臉書）李宜諪同時在發文中表示：「昨天法院宣判，相信許多關心我的朋友，都已經透過新聞看到了消息：首先，謝謝大家一直以來的關心。因為我目前還沒有收到完整的判決理由書，因此以下的想法，是先就法院新聞稿內容回應。我尊重法院的判決，也誠心接受法官對我的訓誡。身為一名律師，我願意反思這次的經歷，也會以更高的標準要求自己，在未來每一個案件中更加審慎，持續精進自己的專業。關於外界最關心的部分，法院已認定我的情況與一般惡意破壞偵查、被稱為『詐團律師』的情形有所不同，因此洩密罪不成立。我感謝法院審慎的認定，但沒有因此感到輕鬆。這場風波終究讓我的執業初衷與律師職業倫理受到檢視，也讓許多關心我的人跟著擔心受怕，這是我最放在心上的地方。最後，也誠懇希望媒體朋友多給一些查證的時間與空間，不要再以未經證實、甚至憑空杜撰的內容報導。」
