夜生活的新選擇！走進大安區「Musée」享受調酒與台式牛肉麵的雙重饗宴

台北大安區的全新酒吧品牌「Musée」全新開幕，承襲母集團ONNS以「No Rules, Just Vibe」的品牌理念，「Musée」跳脫傳統酒吧的既定形式，將自然元素、光影藝術與當代設計融入空間，建構出一座宛如當代美術館的沉浸式品飲場域。

走進「Musée」，可充分感受低光感設計，且將流動瀑布、粗獷天然石材、綠意植栽與現代建築線條等元素所打造的空間，並透過充滿未來感的科技燈光折射，讓人有著置身裝置藝術般的感官享受。

而「Musée」的酒品展現鮮明的在地文化連結，且以「記憶中的台灣味」為靈感，並運用現代「澄清技法（Clarification）」將風味進行層層萃取與重組，此工藝不僅保留了食材的原始特色，更大幅降低酒感與厚重的感官負擔，呈現出透明純淨的外觀與細膩的味覺層次。

各式品項中，特別推薦融合決明子茶香、烤布蕾焦糖與珍奶元素的「烤布蕾珍奶」；結合紅豆、栗子與粉粿意象的「紅豆粉粿」；以傳統楊桃冰為發想並搭配龍舌蘭與綠茶風味的「楊桃冰」；以及融合蓮霧、中焙烏龍、檜木與旨味層次的「蓮霧莎莎」等。

除了創意調酒，「Musée」亦同步推出牛肉麵系列餐點，以經 6 至 8 小時慢火熬煮的湯頭，除了提供傳統的清燉、紅燒、麻辣及番茄等多種經典口味，讓品嘗可口調酒之餘，也能有過癮夠味的台式牛肉麵相伴，增添美妙的餐酒體驗。
