「BEPPIN PASTA」開設東興店！祭出天然新鮮且每日現製的期間限定款「烏魚子奶油海鮮義大利麵」

目前於全台已有3間分店、主打天然新鮮且每日現製生鮮義大利麵的「BEPPIN PASTA」，即將於台北市東興路開設第四間據點。迎接新店開幕，品牌同步推出12道全新料理，並針對東興店限定推出為期一個月的「烏魚子奶油海鮮義大利麵」等。

全新開幕的「BEPPIN PASTA」東興店，延續品牌標誌性的「開放式現製義大利生麵坊」設計，讓消費者能近距離欣賞每日新鮮製麵過程。空間設計則以番茄紅、羅勒綠、太陽白與柳橙橘等色彩作為主調，透過鮮明且充滿活力的配色，營造輕鬆自在的用餐氛圍。

配合新店開幕，「BEPPIN PASTA」同步於全台門市推出12道全新菜色，以台灣消費者喜愛的海鮮元素為主軸，融合西式、台式、日式與韓式等多元風味，打造更具層次感的義大利麵體驗。

其中，「蒜味培根野菇明太子麵」以帶有木質香氣的野菇搭配鹹鮮明太子與培根香氣，展現濃郁海陸風味；「酥炸吻仔魚明太子麵」則將台灣常見的吻仔魚炸至金黃酥脆，搭配鮮辣明太子醬與Q彈生麵，呈現出台義融合的創意口感。

喜愛濃郁系風味的饕客，則不可錯過「韓風海鮮辣奶油麵」，以鮭魚菲力丁、日本3S級熟帆立貝、無毒蝦仁、花枝圈與大蛤等海鮮食材入料，並以融入韓式辛香料的特製奶油白醬作為基底，在濃厚奶香中帶出微辣層次；「蒜辣蟹肉奶油麵」則以細緻蟹肉結合金黃蒜片與乾辣椒碎，讓蒜香與辛辣感交織出更具記憶點的風味表現。

此外，東興店亦特別推出限定料理「烏魚子奶油海鮮義大利麵」，選用台灣烏魚子入菜，透過切片與刨粉兩種手法，讓濃郁鹹香均勻包覆於奶油海鮮義大利麵之上，堆疊出更具層次的海味風格，此道料理僅於東興店限時供應一個月。

為慶祝新店開幕，「BEPPIN PASTA」祭出長達一個月的「連續 5 重餐飲優惠」，包含於6月12日開幕日首三日中午的前30名消費者，可享限定義大利麵半價，晚間時段，則是消費滿千送 6 吋瑪格麗特披薩等，詳情可見官方臉書帳號。
