「上海鄉村」旗下的「承德本家」榮獲 2026「美國泰坦地產大獎」金獎

由創立於1982 年的「上海鄉村」，甫於今年 3 月所開設的「承德本家」據點，以《十色賦》為概念所打造的餐廳空間，於日前獲得 2026「美國泰坦地產大獎（TITAN Property Awards」）的「室內設計（Restaurants & Bars） 金獎。

由來自江蘇無錫的創辦人薛其尉於 1982 年成立的「上海鄉村」，以江浙料理結合台灣食材，44年來，已台灣頗具口碑的老字號餐廳，目前不僅在台北開設南京 16、天母別館、信義 137、濟南店等多個據點，今年3月則於臨近台北車站，且位居「皇翔臺北廣場」7樓開設「承德本家」。

在「承德本家」同樣透過台灣在地食材 與上海菜風味的融合，提供了「五花腹肉」、「經典烤方」、「蟹黃豆腐」等傳承數十載的經典菜色，另也推薦「熟成黑金烏魚卷」、「果韻蜜棗嫩排骨」、「鳳翼醉香封」、「流金軟蟹綠野派對」、「海風杜松燉老鴨」、「煙雨江南月」等限定主廚佳餚，除此，餐廳入口處的酒吧，另設有酒吧可提供茶酒的 Pairing 體驗。

而開幕不久的「承德本家」其別緻的空間，日前更獲得 2026 的「美國泰坦地產大獎（TITAN Property Awards」）的「室內設計（Restaurants & Bars） 金獎，由曾經手富邦美術館、台北大直英迪格酒店與嘉義福容voco酒店的匯僑設計（Rich Honour International Designs） 所打造的餐廳空間，以《十色賦》為設計靈感，透過多達10種層次豐富的色調，並以深栗、黛青與古銅金為主調，另融合白牆、白磚、木格窗門、水染青木與古銅弧形門拱等為元素，呈現出饒富摩登東方的空間氛圍。

為慶祝獲獎，即日起加入「上海鄉村」會員，即可享 入會甜點禮，自 2026 年 6 月 1 日起，會員生日月更可憑禮物券，內用消費時兌換「金鮑富貴長壽麵」。
