千萬打造歐式空間、24席創九成訂位率！「夏登法式鐵板燒」以演繹法式鐵板美學

在競爭激烈的台中餐飲市場中，短短一個月內便有四家全新鐵板燒餐廳相繼開幕，可見市場競爭之激烈。然而，位於台中七期生活圈旁的「夏登法式鐵板燒」，卻能在這片競爭激烈的市場中脫穎而出，開業不到一年，一間僅設24席、採全預約制的餐廳，依然維持九成以上的訂位率，展現不俗的人氣與市場實力。

「夏登法式鐵板燒」坐落於一棟純白色獨棟建築內，斥資逾千萬元打造的空間，以綠意盎然的庭園、挑高明亮的建築結構，以及一道道優雅的拱門窗景，勾勒出濃厚的歐洲莊園氛圍。主打無菜單法式鐵板燒料理，採套餐形式供應，依季節精心規劃餐序，從前菜、湯品一路延伸至多種海陸肉品等共11道料理，展現層次與鐵板燒的現場魅力。

迎接夏季來臨，「夏登法式鐵板燒」同步推出全新季節菜單，以「花香果韻．夏季風土」為主題，選用百里香、迷迭香、馬鞭草、甜菊葉等香草植物，以及無花果、番茄、柑橘、檸檬、鳳梨、莓果等當令水果，巧妙融合印尼根島生態養殖蝦、南非鮑魚、日本A5和牛與宜蘭櫻桃鴨等各式海陸食材，透過花草的清香與果香的酸甜，勾勒出屬於盛夏的輕盈風味，也為法式鐵板燒注入更鮮明的季節特色。

11道套餐佳餚包含「無花果桂花釀茉莉凍・海葡萄」、「海鮮蕃茄清湯・香茅慕斯」、「嫩煎鮭魚・蒔蘿咖哩酸奶醬」、「日本播磨生蠔・昆布荷蘭醬」、「僧侶頭起司・蜜漬鮮果沙拉・洛神醬」、「南非活鮑魚・天鵝絨白醬」、「根島生態蝦・蕃茄甜椒醬」、「宜蘭櫻桃鴨胸・莓果紅酒醬」、「日本A5和牛沙朗 迷迭香白蘭地・馬爾頓海鹽」與「A5和牛筋魚卵炒飯」等。

其中，推薦菜色包含「日本播磨生蠔・昆布荷蘭醬」，以鐵板煎過的播磨灘生蠔另搭配昆布荷蘭醬，最後再點綴山椒油，品嘗時，仍可感受多汁肥美與鹹香滋味；「僧侶頭起司・蜜漬鮮果沙拉・洛神醬」則是將洛神花蜜餞、紫蘇梅芭樂與柚子鳳梨細心蜜漬，揉合洛神花油醋汁，將酸甜轉化為柔和集中的果韻，最後佐上台灣少見的僧侶頭起司，滋味更添微鹹乳香。

「根島生態蝦・蕃茄甜椒醬」嚴選印尼根島生態蝦，口感爽脆，經鐵板快煎後更可鎖住緊實肉質與乾淨鮮甜，醬汁由火烤甜椒與新鮮番茄、百里香慢熬而成，風味明亮奔放；「日本A5和牛沙朗」則採用日本A5和牛於鐵板乾煎，後引燃迷迭香與白蘭地，並點綴草本酒香，佐以溫和的現炒巴西里蒜仁與馬爾頓海鹽，讓頂級油脂變得清爽乾淨；「A5和牛筋魚卵炒飯」以金黃蛋液均勻包覆壽司米，炒出粒粒分明的乾爽口感，融入迷迭香與八角燉滷至膠質化開的A5和牛牛筋，再拌入滿滿魚卵，品嘗時蘊含鮮美滋味。
